What are CHL's obligations under NHVR?
We recognize our duty to ensure safety in our transport activities under legislation including WHS and HVNL. Our SMS framework outlines how we identify, evaluate, and control risks throughout the business to fulfill this obligation, as far as is reasonably practicable.

We ensure the ongoing reliability and performance of our SMS through safety assurance activities. We regularly monitor and analyse the system, investigate incidents or errors, and conduct audits or reviews of safety-related processes and procedures.

We believe safety promotion is essential for creating a positive safety culture in our business. We involve employees in developing our SMS and making safety improvements, to encourage a proactive approach towards safety.
